Financing

If you are a first time homebuyer, you are probably wondering how much house you can afford.  You should meet with a mortgage lender and find out what type of loan you can get pre-approved for.  Not only will this let you know exactly what price range you should be looking in, it will also expedite the process of obtaining your loan.  When you do find the house of your dreams, you can quickly show the seller you are a serious, qualified buyer. This can increase the chances of your offer being accepted.

The Search

Closing

Once your offer has been accepted, I really go to work for you.  When the closing day arrives, you can be confident that everything has been taken care of to the last detail.  Your attorney, insurance company, mortgage lender, inspectors, and the sellers will all be on the same page, and you will walk away with the keys to your new home!
