Selling

Preparation 

One of the most important responsibilities of a homeowner when selling their house is to make sure it is presenting well and is maximizing its curb appeal.  As the saying goes, you only get one chance to make a first impression!  Call me to set up an appointment to develop a strategy for your sale!

Pricing 

Next, the house has to be priced right to sell.  My job is to thoroughly research your house and comparable homes that have recently sold in your area.  I will figure out for you what price the market supports.  I will also calculate what costs will be involved in your sale, and what your net should be.  Call me to find out more about pricing strategies!

Showing

Showing is so important in selling your house!  If no one is answering the phone, available to let qualified buyers in, or available to answer questions about the house, how will they know what a great house it is?  As a Realtor with Russell and Jeffcoat, I have the support of a twenty-four hour, seven days a week answering service.  Any calls about your house are promptly forwarded to me.  I can be reached by office phone, cell phone, fax, text messaging, or E-mail. 

Advertising

Communication

As your house is being shown, I will contact you regularly and keep you up to date on how things are going and share any feedback from potential buyers.  You and I will evaluate our success as we go and make timely adjustments to marketing and showing strategies to ensure that your home sells as quickly as possible.

Closing

Once I find a buyer for your house, I really go to work for you!  I’ll be the contact to schedule inspections, etc., and follow up on each of the other parties involved in the sale.  You can continue on with your life feeling assured that you are in competent hands.  I will also be there to represent you at closing!
